What do you charge for your services? After you call us or email us with information about your project, we will send you a formal quote that will indicate the cost of the services requested. After you receive the quote, you will have the option to contract with us for the work. |

How can I pay you? When do I pay you? We can accept credit cards through the secure Paypal system, checks, and money orders. Paypal is a free, highly secure way to use your credit card online. As noted on the company's website, "PayPal lets any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. Our network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global, real-time payment solution." Contracted work will be invoiced upon completion of that work. If work continues on an ongoing basis, work will be invoiced monthly. Once we receive credit card or money order payment for contracted work, we will send that work to you within one business day of completion. If we receive payment by check, we will send the work to you within seven business days of completion. If work continues on an ongoing basis, then that work will be provided to the customer within one business day of completion regardless of the payment method. |

What file formats will you accept? Most of our work is done in MS Word. However, we can accept most major PC file formats (e.g., Corel WordPerfect, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat PDF). One advantage of using MS Word is that changes made to the document can be shown using the Track Changes feature. This feature highlights materials that has been added or deleted. When we make online editorial changes to a document, we send two versions of the completed document to you—one version with all of the changes highlighted, and one version with all of the changes incorporated. |

Can I see a sample of your work? We believe that we're the best in the business, but we understand that you may want some evidence to support such a bold claim. Accordingly, you are welcome to request a sample of work tailored specifically to your needs. Once you see what we can do, we think you’ll recognize the value of our services. |

Are my documents kept confidential? Yes. Gower Street, LLC, agrees not to disclose to any third party the content of any material submitted by clients. |

We can provide a turnaround time of two-three business days on most editing or proofreading jobs that are under twenty pages. Writing services and longer editing/proofreading jobs may take a bit longer, but we try to work with your schedule. In all cases, we will provide the project completion date and time to you in your formal quote. If you need the job completed before the projected completion date and time, we will try to work within your schedule. We may, however, need to charge you an additional fee. |

Do you write academic essays for students? No. While we are happy to edit academic papers and similar documents, we do not provide academic essay writing services. In particular, we will not author any academic text and we will not make substantive edits or revisions to the content of academic papers since such revisions, if originated by anyone but the author, would constitute plagiarism. In fact, we will only provide academic proofreading services if such services do not conflict with academic guidelines. |
